Audes Unveils Twin-Trafo Power Conditioners TT-1700DC and TT-3200DC for High-End Audio Systems

Audes, based in Estonia, has introduced three products designed to enhance the power supply for audio devices, which may lead to better sound quality. During the recent High End audio trade fair in Munich, the company revealed two new models of Power Conditioners, the TT-1700DC and TT-3200DC, to the audience. These models are positioned at the upper end of Audes' product line, just below the flagship DT-3600DC.

Audes Power Conditioners TT-1700DC and TT-3200DC

The new devices have particularly beautifully designed cabinets with rounded corners, a design that manufacturer Audes previously used in the DT-3600DC. The “TT” in the type designation stands for Twin Trafo and that indicates that there are two transformers here instead of one as in the ST models (Single Trafo). Of course, both newcomers have three meters on the front, namely one Voltmeter and two Amperemeters.

By using two transformers, it is prevented that a power amplifier that consumes a lot of power could influence peripheral equipment. Also, any interference signals from switching power supplies of peripheral equipment cannot reach the power amplifier. Which results in a pitch-black background, more peace, detail and space.

Audes TT-1700DC

This Power Conditioner has two transformers and can, as the name suggests, supply a total of 1,700 VA (1,500 VA + 200 VA). The TT-1700DC has eight 230 Volt outputs (socket outlets), four for the 1,500 VA transformer and four for the 200 VA transformer.

The TT-1700DC is equipped with a DC-Blocker as standard. Recommended retail price: 5,290 euros

The TT-3200DC is equipped with a DC-Blocker as standard. Recommended retail price: 6,490 euros
