Holo Audio RED: Premium network player and digital interface

Holo Audio introduces RED , a premium network player and digital interface. Beneath the rugged exterior is a powerful and versatile device that can transform a classic audio system into a true connected hub.

At the heart of this device is a Pi 4 Compute Module modified by Holo Audio from a stock Raspberry Pi and optimized for audio integration. However, it retains the versatility of the standard Raspberry Pi 4 and thus offers a wide range of possibilities.

Once connected to the network via the RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet input, the RED can access many streaming services such as Spotify, Deezer, Qobuz, Tidal or web radio via the web interface. It's also compatible with a long list of network protocols such as AirPlay 2, UPnP, Spotify Connect, Tidal Connect, Squeezelite, Roon Bridge or NAA HQPlayer.

In terms of connectivity, the Holo Audio RED provides an RJ45 Ethernet input, USB-B, and a Micro SD port. In terms of outputs, we can count on I2S via HDMI, AES/EBU, RCA and BNC coaxial, optical and USB-A.

All RED components are integrated into a rugged housing, CNC machined from a single block of aluminum.
